Last weekend's weather was absolutely GORGEOUS and we were grateful to head out to Gabriel's 4 year old pony party. Since AK had to come in cowgirl attire, this city girl had to quickly come up with an outfit. With her daddy's bandana around her neck, pig tails, and skinny jeans stuffed in pink and black rain boots, she was ready to go. Of course during the 1/2 mile it took to get to the party, she wanted her bandana off and had no interest in dressing like a cowgirl. Parker took his first pony ride and Anna Kate had a blast running around outside and soaking up all the celebrations! Thank you Gabriel for inviting us - we had a great time!

Happy Faces

As hard as I try to get great pictures of my kids I have to say I love how Parker always looks scared and Anna Kate feels the need to scrunch up her face and squint her eyes as hard as possible. These are the many faces over the last month.....

Sharks Have Big Teeth!

After living in Georgia for 4 years, we finally took Anna Kate and Parker to the aquarium for the first time! They were running $15/pp tickets so we couldn't pass up the beautiful day and ticket deal! I wasn't sure if Anna Kate would enjoy it but she absolutely LOVED everything and was especially amazed by the sharks with big teeth and "the people who swim with the sharks!" We finished off our fun day watching Finding Nemo and going through the Finding Nemo sticker book Uncle Tommy sent her the week before. Now every time we walk around the lake in our neighborhood, we try to find Nemo, Nemo's daddy and Crush the turtle :) I love her imagination!
